Thank you, Root. I acutally just went ahead and manually changed the Kubrickheader.jpg to personalheader.jpg. That worked. The only proble was that for a photo it needed to be 740px x 200px, not the specified 760px x 200px.

Yeah, I made the file exactly 760px x 200px as specified. I see in the template where I could change the paths from Kubrick to my own files, but it seemed like it was supposed to be automatic.

It is an Adobe Photoshop JPEG file, could that be the problem? If it is, I don’t know how to convert it to a regular JPEG.
I am having a similar problem with the default template. I created a personalheader.jpg and put in the images directory . Nothing has changed. I erased the two lines it said to erase…what now?
