I am using Fruitful Theme,

Just add <div><?php include (TEMPLATEPATH . '/searchform.php'); ?></div>
in header.php

And add #searchform {position:absolute; top: 25px; right: 10px; text-align:right;}
in Style.css.

Work perfectly.
