.mo files works now but update 0.9.8.1 stopped translating text inside footer.
Ive tried to Delete all translations but nothing changed.
In 0.9.8 footer translations worked. In version before 0.9.8 footer translation was not working 🙂

One more question. Is there any function/hook that will be called on target blog when post is broadcasted? Or is there any way to detect within WP_Query loop (on target blog) that post is broadcasted?

Just save it as .jpg file if you want to use alpha then .png …
In popup window select quality 1-10.
WP takes care of everything else.
