Thank you for the response. Fortunately, I was able to find a way around it. I used the #_LOCATIONNEXTEVENT placeholder. Since I will only be holding one event at a location at a time I shouldn’t run into any problems and each balloon will show the next event at that location.

I checked the “USe WordPress thumbnails” under setting and got the picture to be thumbnail size, however, it crops the photo instead of re-sizing the photo. Is there away to keep it the same thumbnail size but having the entire picture fit into the thumbnail? Or would that require re-sizing before putting the photo on the website.
