Thanks – I’ll work on troubleshooting – please keep this issue open. It won’t be possible to duplicate this set up outside the corporate firewall.

On my older linux server, WordPress 4.9.5 with SLB 2.6.0 is still working on a test installation. Cannot test 2.7.0 there due to this new version of the plugin requiring PHP 5.4 (this server has PHP 5.3.3). I have another WP installation on this server on WordPress 4.9.7 with SLB 2.6.0 that works.

On my newer server with PHP7, neither SLB 2.6.0 or 2.7.0 work on my test WordPress 4.9.8 site. But now I see that the PHP 5.4 requirement does not include higher versions.

So, if I’m correct, I can’t use SLB on my PHP 7 server and I can’t use 2.7.0 on my PHP 5.3.3 server.

    Thanks for the pointer.

I have done the two steps in identifying plugin conflicts:
    – did standardized theme testing yesterday, but same issue
    – today, I disabled all plugins except SLB, even deactivated and reactivated only SLB, but no change in behavior

    Any other strategies?

    Thanks,
    Amy

It’s not working for us either with the newest plugin code. It used to work.

The latest version of the plugin says it requires PHP5.4+, and I’m on PHP7. Tried changing to the TwentySeventeen theme but no luck there either.
