We think you have some folder permissions problem on your server that’s why plugin can’t open the file and you get this errors.

As I see from your screenshot it’s permissions problem. You have to connect to your server via FTP and add writing permission to plugin folder.
If you’ll need any further assistance let us know, or you can give us FTP credentials and we will fix this for you.
