I have done it following the official Advanced Custom Fields Plugin guide using the Relation custom field:

Don’t know if it’s the best solution but it seems to work.

I have created a CPT for each category (reviews, news, interviews) and a page with a custom template for each one.
The same thing for the Bands.
With the Advanced Custom Fields Plugin I have added several custom fields to each page.
But how I link each band to the different news, reviews and interviews? I need something like a Select of bands in the creation of every news/review/interview. And then, in every band page, be able to show the related news, reviews and interviews.
