    I do have WP Rocket installed, and I did clear the cache.

    Here’s the situation:Last week I checked my website from my mobile and then I saw that my logo disappeared. So after struggling I managed to go back to a previous backup that was saved. It fixed the logo problem, and as a test to see if everything still works I uploaded one image on my website, and everything worked perfectly on desktop and mobile.

    A couple of days later I wanted to upload more images and saw that the images only show up on desktop and not mobile anymore. I use WP Rocket right, and there were two options 1-clear cache 2-purge all, I tried clearing the cache and that didn’t work so I chose purge all, and then all of a sudden I got an error saying account suspended. I contacted my hosting company and they said it is because there is an outstanding balance that’s why, so I paid it and hoped that it would fix everything, but unfortunately it didn’t resolve the issue.

    So I cleared the cache again, restarted my phone, cleared browsing history on my phone and nothing seems to work. I also went into my cPanel and deleted the cache folder so that a new one will be created but that didn’t work either.

    Thanks for your reply, I appreciate it.

    I see, that makes sense but now i have a question…

    I used cloudflare, and there is something about ssl certificate, so I haven’t purchased an ssl certificate should I rather?

    Because when I usually visit a website I just put the name of the site without www in and if I do that for example only type antonguyt.com in my browser it goes to the http and not https site. For instance if I put my website http://www.antonguyt.com on my business cards it’s not going to work properly because it will load the http site, so to make it short will the problem be solved if I just purchase an ssl certificate or should I change some settings in my cloudflare account?
