This is also a feature I am interested in.
However, I can understand, that it is by far more complicated.
It would also be great if it was possible to use Elementor to design the results or questions. This might be a bigger request but being able to design everything easily would add a lot to the overall function of your plugin in my opinion.

I really enjoy your plugin so far.
Right now I would like to change the style of the radio buttons like here for example: https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_css_custom_checkbox.asp
But of yourse there is no <span> element in the HTML of the plugin.
Is there maybe another workaround to change the radio buttons?
