easy peasy once your in – TML- redirection – admin, make sure the login and log out options are set to default, can confirm that this logs you in from TML login page directly to dashboard.
I am having the exact same problem, have managed to login by renaming the theme folder in /plugins. About to go searching to see if this can be solved – i.e. I want admin’s to be able to login directly to the dash.

There’s another issue as well –
I have checked registration form only from where should it be displayed (login is unchecked) yet when a user tries to login the return message is please agree to our terms and conditions – and nowhere to check so they end up in a loop to nowhere and not being able to login.
