SEO friendly URS are working absolutely fine in CPANEL hosing.
Can the hosting be a reason for this ?

Thanks for your reply ,My Permalink structure was already /%postname%/ option.
And as i mentioned in the original message whenever I change it clicking on the links return to show-ad page.I am using Plesk Hosting.
Should there be any changes in the web.config file ?Thanks for your time.
