I’ve just installed this plugin, and I’m not having any problems with getting it to work. I added the [slideshow] (note: no post id necessary) tag to the content field, but then decided to use it in my template instead, where I used the following code:
<?php echo do_shortcode('[slideshow]'); ?>
Now I just need to figure out how to automatically exclude the featured image from the gallery.
I just wanted to share this, because so many have voted, that the plugin is broken, and I almost didn’t even bother trying it myself due to all the negative feedback.
