Same problem here. With the last updates (don’t remember if WP or Woocommerce), the attributes filter stopped woking. Desinstalled the plugin, reinstalled again and nothing happened.
The price, cats, etc filters are working fine, it’s only attributes ones.

Same thing here with WP 3.4.1 and plugin 2.4.6
No arrow navigation or Esc key to close lightbox. With Thickbox these keys works perfectly.
Ideas??
