The true format is :

Name,”Email”
Name,”Email”
Name,”Email”
…

Caution, do not put accents on names !

Thank you for your help,

I have the 5.6.21 php version and WordPress 4.7.2
I just reinstalled 2.7.6 Wysija version, I have the same problem.

Bonjour!

Idem pour moi, dès que le plugin est activé, mon site devient très lent… Je suis obligé de supprimer le dossier du plugin directement via FTP pour arranger le problème.

Je dispose de WordPress version 4.4.1 et de la dernière version de WP Maintenance avec l’hébergeur OVH.
