In reply to: Error 500 Can't Log InOk so I was able to get the host information and I have logged into my site using Filezilla. However, I can’t update any of the files. I’ve tried copying the files from WordPress into Filezilla, but it won’t let me paste anything. Do I need to convert the files to a different format? What files should I be update to reset the settings?

In reply to: Error 500 Can't Log InI’m an admin of the site (Rhode Island DECA) and am currently responsible for it. It was created first in WordPress, then we bought the domain name from GoDaddy.. that’s all I know because I took this over. I’ve downloaded WordPress to my computer – I can adjust the files butI can’t connect via FileZilla to upload them so I’m not sure where the error is and how to adjust it differently.

In reply to: Error 500 Can't Log InI went into Godaddy but it doesn’t have any hosting information. I wasn’t the person who initially set this up, but it looks like we just have a domain name through them and that the site is hosted on WordPress I would assume

In reply to: Error 500 Can't Log InI’m trying to connect with filezilla using the host as ftp://decari.org/wp-login.php. And it keeps trying to connect, but then says connection timed out after a few seconds.
