I have done all this and have had andon designer of u design to lood at it for me he said he cant word out whats wrong the website loods ok its just the back end i just would like to know if anyone has had this problem and is there a fix

i have just read that disable kimili flash plugin worked

fixed this problem with updated prittywindows

again i think the problem is me even though i have made all my images 600 wide my portfolio pics are taller so i think changing the canvas size may work thanks for you help andy

i am quite new to wordpress having asked numerous people to help and employing numerous companies to do it and then them doing it all wrong we have no option but to do it ourselves.
I have purchased a template u design which described itself as being simple and obviously so am i.
We make costumes for a living and when we take a picture we take it portrait therefore when we post a picture to portfolio gallery you only see the middle of the picture therefore someones belly, as all the pictures go on horizontally rather than portrait.I wouldn’t mind so much if it was the top of the costume but it looks awful and we cannot have them on there like that.
The home page I accidently deleted it from the menu I have replaced it as a static page and don’t know if this is right and don’t understand how to post to the home page. I have been able to put a category on the home page from my widgets. The site is http://www.curlywilly.com/wp it is very scruffy as it doesn’t have any proper posts apart from what we have been playing with, thank you very much for your interest in my problems.

most of my pictures are of people, and i turn the camara around to take the pic and then rotate it the problem is when adding them to my portfolio gallery you only see the centre of the poc i need to show the hole pic not just there bellys can anyone help
