Just a quick note to say I have the same issues too.
I have deactivated Duplicate Page for now as I’d rather not mess around with the PHP.
If future updates don’t fix the problem, then I’ll revert to the PHP fix.

Scratch that… I’ve found the “name of item being reviewed” field… it sits in the ‘Rotator’ settings rather than the ‘Testimonial’ settings where I was looking.
From what I’ve read so far, adding a Company Name, Product Name, etc into this field fixes the ‘Item’ error found by GSC.
I too have the same problem.
I’ve read other posts that suggest I should have a field for “name of item being reviewed”, but I do not have this field.
