To target elements on the front page you would use the “.home” class. To target the blog page you would use the “.blog” class.

1) In the “standard blog list layout”, the last post doesn’t appear (“featured post count” is set to one).
2) In the “default theme blog layout”, the featured post is displayed in full (not the excerpt).Also, only in “standard blog list layout”, how do I change the text color and size of the titles (in the posts)?

The instruction in your last post, are to “default theme blog layout” as the first page or “standard blog list layout” as the first page?
