Many plugin authors do not offer support at all for free plugins and require payment for support as it can take up quite a lot of time troubleshooting issues with several thousand installs and the nuances of each setup. I’m glad you found a plugin that is working for your needs and I’m sorry I couldn’t get to this in time for you to benefit from it.

Can you send me your WordPress and WooCommerce version? Then, I can try to reproduce with those versions on my dev environment and get it resolved.
