As I can see that you are using AMP Reader mode setting whereas we have added WooCommerce support with Stahdalone and transitional mode of AMP settings.
However as per your request we will add WooCommerce support with AMP reader mode too but could you let us know are you using only WooCommerce plugin or any other plugins related to it.

I’m the author of AMP Enhancer plugin and I see that you are using its popup feature where your issue is regarding popup is not responsive.
In our latest release of version number 1.0.39 we have fixed it so you can update the plugin to solve this issue at your end and in future if you face any issue regarding AMP Enhancer you can directly write to our forum link: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/amp-enhancer/

We will definitely add the TablePress Plugin support for you but if possible could you send us your site url where tables are looking mess in amp or its screenshots?

We have added popup support in reader mode too in our latest release of AMP Enhancer version 1.0.35
Okay as per your concern to use popup feature in reader mode we will definitely add this support in our next update.

Popup functionality was added for standard and trasitional modes only as reader mode is a legacy layout
Could you let us know particularly why you are using reader mode?
We have added Product Add-Ons Plugins compatibility to our task list and in our future updates we will add its compatibility.
Whereas regarding redirect to cart page after add to cart will work perfectly in amp too and if you face any issues regarding that you can let us know.

As I can see you are using Reader Mode in Amp settings May I know the exact reason behind that as it is a legacy layout?
Where as we have added the Image gallery module support of FooGallery Plugin with Standard and Transitional Modes of AMP Plugin.
