Thanks so much for the response and link! Unfortunately I have little knowledge of this stuff and am having trouble understanding what I have to do. Should I be able to see the downloads page on my dashboard? Any help you can offer would be much appreciated!
Update: I remembered which two plugins I deleted, and reinstalled them but my website still looks the same.
