all my plugins are deactivated and it still gives me an error at the top…also when i try to delete the plugins it gives me this error all the way down the page

It then redirects me back the the plugin page where the plugin that i just tried to delete is still there
Yes i have tried that, but it gives me an error when i try to deactivate a plugin too
no i only have one plugin the spam CAPTCHA and when i deactivated it…the error still appears at the top of the page…everything seems to work fine though
