In reply to: [Booking for Appointments and Events Calendar - Amelia] Critical ErrorHello, thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you please let us know which version of the Amelia plugin you have installed on your website?
Looking forward to your reply.
Hello, thank you for reaching back out to us.
Yes Amelia support WooCommerce checkouts and the bookings from Amelia get transferred over to WooCommerce and it takes cares of rest of the payment.
We don’t offer free trials, but we have a 15-day money-back guarantee.
If you purchase the plugin and find it doesn’t suit your needs, you can submit a refund request within 15 days from the date of purchase, and be fully refunded.
Before purchasing, you can also check out our demo and sandbox sites to test the full version of the plugin.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.
Amelia is designed to work with WooCommerce, not its add-ons, so integration with this (or any other extension) is not confirmed, and we can’t guarantee that it will work, but we leave space for clients to check in with them as well – because perhaps WooCommerce finds a way to overcome this for plugins like ours.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello Lavish, thank you for your purchase.
You can make changes on that demo website, and those will be reflected on the front-end, but all the changes will be reset after some time.
Yes, you can install it on your website, activate the license and still request a refund if it does not suit your needs.
Hope this helps you.
Hello Lavish, thank you for reaching back out to us.
- Yes, it is possible to set different working hours for specific days for each service when you have one employee or more.
- You can create a recurring appointment for the customer on the back-end as an admin user or from the employee panel as an employee, but there is no option for the customer to pay for those appointments monthly.
- Yes, you can check this out at the following page by clicking on the “You can also check the back-end demo here” link.
- As we have a 15-day refund policy, you will be able to request a refund in that period of time. If your testing exceeds that period for a couple of days and you feel like you the plugin is not suitable for your purposes, we can go out of our way and refund you for the plugin purchase.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Hello Lavish, thank you for reaching out to us.
- At the moment, the employees need to be created in Amelia in order for the plugin to function. Since you do not have employees, you can create a de facto Amelia employee just to set it up.
- The available time slots on the front-end depend on the working hours set for the employee and you can configure different working hours for different days of the week.
- In Amelia, there is also a Google Meet integration. You can read more about it at the following link.
Please note that none of the options mentioned above is available in the lite version of the plugin, only in the premium version.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello Dharit, thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia’s built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.

Hello Dharit, thank you for clearing that up.
