Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.
Scheduled messages are sent only if there’s an existing appointment the message is related to and if the appointment is in the Approved status. So, in short – if the appointment is canceled the cron won’t trigger an email, and if the appointment is deleted, a 2-week after the appointment follow-up email won’t be sent.
Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.
Please note that the Employees page is not available with the lite version of the Amelia plugin, but you can find the Provider details page on the Amelia/Settings page that is used to configure an employee.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Hello, we will respond to your tickets as soon as possible.
We appreciate your patience.
Hello, thank you for clearing that up.
For that purpose, you will have to change the email configured in the “Sender Email” option on the Amelia/Settings/Notifications page.
Please let us know if that helps you.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia’s built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.
Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you’re using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.
If you need help with adding custom CSS to the page, please take a look at this article.
