7. Browser console log errors.
8. List of plugins installed on your system
9. List of browser extensions in ChromeLink to open browser console on Chrome. Open the console once you hit the Settings page in v1.4.12. Please share the screenshot(s) of the page along covering console log completely. Please gray out/empty the AccessKeyID section before sending screenshots.

Please follow the link to open browser console on Chrome. Open the console once you hit the Settings page in v1.4.12. Please share the screenshot(s) of the page along covering console log completely. Please gray out/empty the AccessKeyID section before sending screenshots.
Also, please share the list of plugins installed on your system along with the list of browser extensions in Chrome. You can also send these details to link-builder-feedback@amazon.com to maintain the privacy of this information if you want.
We highly appreciate your efforts to help us to debug this issue.

1. The text for which you want to make search can be typed and selected before making a search. For example, if you want to add a Product link for “Appple airpods”, you can write “Apple airpods”, select and hit the search button. Later if you want to display some other custom text, you can replace that in the text section of the shortcode. Let’s say here you can change ‘text’ field value from “Apple airpods” to “airpods”.
2. The whole idea of making this selection of text compulsory is to identify whether the user is using any Product link template. As the user can create custom Product link template and there is no way to identify whether it’s a text template or a template with the images like ProductAd or ProductGrid.Forum: Plugins

The error: “You are submitting requests too quickly” is due to throttling and details about the allowed request count per second is mentioned here. If there are multiple shortcodes on a page, you might be shown this error depending upon your allowed Transaction count per second(TPS) i.e. if your TPS is 4, only 4 shortcodes will be rendered in a second for the first request made and then cached for 30 minutes which will allow another 4 new shortcodes to render in next request hit.
we are currently maintaining a caching of 30 minutes so the first user in every 30 minutes might face this issue and in that case, the requests that are above the allocated quota per second will get throttled and the first user will not see products from those shortcodes.We are working to fix this soon so that users can see products even in case you are throttled due to low TPS.

1. So what on earth is my TPS?
Your TPS depends on the OPS that you are driving per month. You can check your OPS in your account. You can calculate your TPS from the details given in Efficiency guidelines page.2. ‘The first user ( I presume you mean the visitor to my website) in every 30 Minutes will see products only from one shortcode’. What does that mean? And if it means what I think it means, why?
The first user in every 30 minutes will see the number of products depending upon your TPS i.e. if your TPS is 4, the first user in 30 minutes will see products from 4 shortcodesWe are working to fix this soon so that users can see products even in case you are throttled due to low TPS.

Have you clicked on the checkbox above “Save Changes” button to accept Conditions of use? The Save button will be enabled once you click on the checkbox. Please go through conditions of use and then tick the checkbox.

1. “amazon_textlink” is the correct shortcode for Product link and not “amazon_link”.
2. To use the default Product link or custom Product links template, a text needs to be selected first for which you want to make the search. This will insert “amazon_textlink” automatically in shortcode.
3. Later, if you want you can change the value assigned to the text field in shortcode to custom text.
4. This feature works only in the visual mode of tinymce.
5. Regarding “asins” keyword in Product link shortcode in user-guide, we agree it should be “asin”. Its done by mistake(Sincere apologies for this). But the shortcode inserted directly from Add-shortcode pop-up, this is being taken care automatically and “asin” is inserted.In one-line “Product Link default & custom templates based on this works only if you select a text before hitting search and that also in visual mode of tinymce”

Regarding your issue with ProductLink, please follow the guide. The link to this is already mentioned in User-guide under “Can I create text links using the plugin?” section. Please follow this in tinymce visual mode and let us know if you the issue is resolved
