Do you have a caching plugin installed? That could be a reason for the sidebar appearing in one browser but not in another, as caching can lead to discrepancies in how content is displayed.

GeneratePress is a free, open source WordPress theme that anyone can download and use on their website.
We do not provide hosting or any hosting-related services to any of our users, so we are not able to control what they do/don’t do with their websites.
You need to contact their hosting if they are doing something illegal, as they are the ones can control the website.
