In reply to: [Plausible Analytics] 2.5.2 not fixing all issuesHi again. This is now marked as resolved, but the issue is still ongoing. I just reactivated 2.5.2 and my site went down right away, at least to the world, but I am able to continue to work in the WordPress admin.

I am using Uptime Kuma to monitor the site, and it is getting a 500 server error. Please let me know what else you need from me to suss this out.

Thanks, Ibrahim. I think the setting should go directly below the Sender Settings, From Email / From Name row, in its own row. That seems to me to be where someone would logically look for it.
As far as the options, I’d love to see, below the field where the reply-to address is entered, a way to apply this setting in three ways:
[ ] Globally (Use this setting for all apps; this overrides the reply-to address set anywhere else on your site)
[ ] Fluent apps only (select any or all of the Fluent apps below)
[ ] FluentAffiliate
[ ] FluentBoards (not installed)
[ ] FluentBooking (not installed)
[ ] FluentCart
[ ] FluentCommunity
[ ] FluentCRM
[ ] FluentForms
[ ] Fluent Support (not installed)
[ ] Fallback (use this setting only for apps tha have no reply-to address set)Since I’m assuming you can determine which of the Fluent apps are installed, it would be handy to present them all to the user, even if they’re not currently installed. For that ones that aren’t installed, you could add a link to those that offers a promotional price to the visitor (“Since you’re already a Fluent customer, we’d like to extend a 20% discount on FluentBookings, the best WordPress appointment calendar plugin…)
That’s probably a lot more than you wanted to know, but it’s not often that I get a chance to express my opinion on request π
On behalf of all FluentSMTP users, thank you so much for creating FluentSMTP and making it available to the WordPress community. And while I’m at it, thanks for xCloud as well; I have migrated at least a dozen sites from Cloudways and couldn’t be happier with xCloud.
Thanks so much, Amin. I appreciate you taking a look at it and will await the fix, but for now I’ll just be sure to remove any conditional settings from the Total fields.
Hi, quick change to this, I had to set the form at https://nucmedimaging.com/payments/ to work this morning because the client is expecting payments, so I disabled the conditional on the Total field, but the other form we use: https://nucmedimaging.com/payments-alt/ is still set up with the Total field conditional on whether the Amount field is greater than 0. Not to make this any more confusing but this form doesn’t need to hide the total because there is no additional calculation needed as there is with the other form, I just made it conditional to show you the issue. Again, this only started a few weeks ago, the form has been active for a year and a half or so with the Total field using a conditional option.
Sure, and sorry about that, the form export was done after I removed the condition to correct the issue. The reason we made the total field conditional is that there is an added calculation in the form that adds the total Stripe processing fee to the amount of the invoice, so that the payor also pays the processing fees. When the Total field is visible it contains a value of $0.31 before anything is entered into the Amount field, which was confusing our clients, so I made it conditional such that an amoutn of at least $1 needs to be entered into the Amount field before the Total field will appear. What’s frustrating is that this has worked about a year and a half but suddenly stopped working a few weeks ago. If it’s just something that cannot be done at this point, I guess that’s OK and we’ll disabled the conditional display, but if the Total field is not hidden, and never would be hidden, at the point when the form is submitted, why is Stripe unable to see the total to be processed? The form is here if you need to see how it works: https://nucmedimaging.com/payments/
Hi, Amin and thanks for your response. I can report that as long as I disable the conditional display of the Total field, both forms work perfectly, but once I re-enable that conditional, the Stripe error message returns. I disabled every plugin on the site, and changed the theme to Twenty-Twenty Five as a test, but the error is stll there (see attached). Not sure what else to tryβ¦

Thanks for your response, Sai. That makes sense given that your IP range contains 60 IP addresses, so most likely there were times when the migration was generated from an IP that Cloudflare did not block, it worked fine but other times the random IP used by BlogVault WAS blocked. I’ll whitelist these at Cloudflare and then give the migrations another try. Thanks again!

In reply to: [Disable Gutenberg] “Most Used” categories functionality disabledYep, I think they got it in 6.7.1, at least from my testing. Thanks for your response on this.

In reply to: [Classic Editor] Classic Editor in WordPress 6.7 doesnt work!Yes, this is an issue with the “Most Used” categories and it affects all themes as long as the Classic Editor plugin is enabled. When selecting a category from the “Most Used” tab, the selection is lost when the post is saved as draft or published. This appears to be an issue with the “Disable Gutenberg” plugin as well as this one. Categories selected from the “View All” tab do remain selected on save. At least that is what my testing shows.
OK, sounds good. Thanks again for acknowledging the issue and providing a quick fix.
Thank you, Patrick. That did the trick! I added it using CodeSnippets, assuming that’s OK and that creating a plugin is just another way to get the code to load on the site?
Thank you and I appreciate your looking into it.
Sorry, that’s
Hi, Laura and thank you for checking this. I have exported the form and placed it here:

No matter what I do I see the “reqiured” message, as soon as the form is loaded. Screen shot here:
Hi and thank for your response. We found Forminator to have serious issues when it comes to quiz scores and results, so we moved onto another forms plugin for our use case. Please feel free to close this ticket.
