In reply to: [Contact Form 7] On_sent_ok not redirectingWe found this issue on a client site and were given direction to solve it. I followed a number of recommendations including the plugin author’s which essentially is: another plugin is causing this problem. I turned off all plugins except CF7 and it still did not work. I tried redirecting via script after “message sent” and that also did not work. The problem was with a plugin, like the author suggested, but the plugin did not appear in the plugin list to be disabled. Advanced Cache had been installed and then removed incompletely. I installed the plugin and then unistalled it in order to have it completely removed. Problem solved.

It is very likely that we will need a login or a remote support session from you. In the webinar we used 3.9 to demonstrate the plugin so there is likely a plugin conflict. I have about 100 sites on this server so backing up everyone and following all the instructions to recreate them would be incredibly time consuming. i’ve found my problem and hopefully this was the source. thanks again!!

In reply to: Hacked – Marquee at bottom of all sites, including new onesfound that index.php had this appended to the end of the file. deleted it, all is good now. guess this means my ftp password is comprimised.
