Sorry. Solved my own issue.
For anyone else this happens to, i had an issue only on jpg images. I had upgraded to php version 3.5 and this caused the issue, downgraded to 3.4.28 and works brilliantly.
Basically we are trying to run trips for students. We want them register onto the website. After that they can fill a basic form. and after they click submit, then the data gets inputted into some kind of csv file.
