I also have just seen there is an email I got from WordPress saying there was an error with Incubator Framework, which is my theme:
An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 11 of the file /usr/www/users/xxxx/wp-content/plugins/incubator-framework/import.php. Error message: Class ‘WP_Import’ not found
Does this have anything to do with it?

In reply to: Customize feature stopped working in Child ThemeSorry if the message is not clear. I am worried that if I activate parent theme to get my customization back that any changes made in child theme and plugins being used will no longer work.
