In reply to: changed domain name in root- now 1 sudden problem…UPDATE: FIXED IT! To my utter surprise, removing any CAPS in the WordPress URL fixed this frozen ‘add to post’ issue! I saw this in another post, but didn’t think this would apply to me.
Under Settings -> General -> WordPress Address (URL), my domain name had mixed capitalization. Once I changed it to all lower-case, it started working.
This appears to be a chronic issue, perhaps adding the above to the sticky as another fix to try will help others, too.

What happens is that it will load the image to the media library, but it gets stuck and won’t insert image into post. This worked fine up until 2 days ago …didn’t do anything different, no plugins, nothing.
It’s such a critical function for me ~ if you have anything else I can try, I’m game to try… thx again

In reply to: changed domain name in root- now 1 sudden problem…Thank you so kindly for your prompt reply! I will try removing the link & re-uploading – was dragging my feet on that since the ‘add media’ feature doesn’t work now and I’ll have to figure out the html.
Regarding the ‘add image/media’ feature not working, I already followed all steps on the sticky, including your advice, and no go.
