I have tried what you suggest, and what the page you sent me suggests, included the permalinks, but still cannot get it to go to my post!

Thanks for the message, but they don’t show up there, as I have deleted the Hello World, and it does not show up on my dashboard, yet it does on my live blog. The meta links again are not in the widget area where you put the widgets on the RHS.
Thats why I am very confused as to why they are showing up!
I have other blogs and never experienced this problem before.
