I went into hosting provider CPanel and upgraded PHP version to 8.1.0 and this worked for me, the site and WP Admin is now accessible.

I posted this issue to Learnpress forum as well and they replied to me after getting the changes in CPanel that “We have addressed this issue and have released a beta version of LearnPress that resolves this conflict. This will replace the conflicting version and should get your site back online.”. So I believe this issue is addressed now and will not create the same error if Learnpress plugin is updated now.

Before I get this feedback I went into hosting provider CPanel and upgraded PHP version to 8.1.0 and this worked for me, the site and WP Admin is now accessible. So I believe this issue is addressed now and will not create the same error if Learnpress plugin is updated now.
