In reply to: Minor issues in Simple Grid theme .. Please help !!I just downloaded this theme yesterday – the commenting out mentioned above is already in place in the (updated?) version I downloaded, but issue #2 mentioned by DhananjayG remains:
2) When i add single page then or header menu, the menu/page name gets “repeated twice” in the menu bar. I have no idea why its repeating twice when i add only once.
I can’t link to the page – I’m using WordPress locally to learn it first. As soon as you add something to the category_menu this is resolved. But I’d rather not have categories listed at all.

In reply to: post info text colori couldnt find the section you referred to above, but by looking in index.php i was able to find this:
<p class=”post-permalink”>” title=”Permalink to <?php the_title(); ?>” rel=”permalink”>Permalink</p>
which i deleted with the intended result. thanks again!

In reply to: post info text colorstunning! thanks LenK – never would have seen that on my own. any idea why those <‘s were in there? i dont recall putting them in.
one more question perhaps? ive been trying to get rid of the “permalink” link in each post. this is another place ive been having trouble.. ideas?
