    Hi Imagify Team,

After optimizing a large number of images using the Next-Gen feature, many of them are no longer being displayed on my website. It seems like they’ve been “broken” or are no longer correctly referenced.

    Here is an example: http://bit.ly/3RHbwR3

The only image that is currently being displayed is one that I manually reverted to its original state – and it shows up correctly.

When I manually edit an affected image and revert the Next-Gen file back to its original state, the image appears correctly again. However, doing this for each image individually isn’t a viable solution given the number of files.

Is there any way to fix this issue without having to manually restore each image? And if there’s no direct fix, is there at least an option to revert all images to their original state before the Next-Gen optimization?

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Best regards,

    Alex

Thank you for your response. The only difference is that the products are displayed for a bit longer.

I have resolved the problem by myself. I just changed the initial recipient email address with a new one and it works again.
