I fixed that, I call the script (agora-rtm.js? Ver = 2.0.2) in the agora-fullscreen-communication.php template in the footer part.
Only add
<script type="text/javascript" src="DOMAIN.COM/wp-content/plugins/wp-agora-io/public/js/agora-rtm.js?ver=2.0.2" id="AgoraRTM-setup-js"></script>
the template agora-fullscreen-communication.php is found in wp-content/plugins/wp-agora-io/public/views
