I have checked the storefront theme. Yes, it does shoes the difference. Do you have other theme besides storefront?

I have created my own thread of the same issue but I din’t get any response.
At the front-end where people are registering, the is a box which they can click to allow them register as a vendor. And I have set it up to approve vendors automatically.
I will receive an email showing that someone has registered as a vendor but I can not find that vendor option under users. It was there before but it disappeared.For the second issue, I have changed themes just to find out maybe is the theme issue but it remained the same.

Also, on the vendor dashboard the heading looks like one sentence.
