In reply to: [Modern Footnotes] Invisible footnote iconIt’s working now.
Since we are at this topic, I noticed there are 2 possible shortcodes: mfn and modern_footnote. If you press the icon, the second variant is used.
It would be nice to have mfn by default, because the text would be easier to read in editor. I think. 🙂

In reply to: [Modern Footnotes] SEO problemsGlad to see you’re taking suggestions into account!
Just as a personal opinion, it would be nice to have it as an option, so it won’t break the canon for those who like the plugin as it is now, and footnotes shown at the end of the post could be with a smaller font or some distinctive formatting.

In reply to: [Modern Footnotes] SEO problemsThank you for the reply.
In the meantime, I installed your plugin and I’m in love with it. 🙂 I am using it for it’s intended purpose, not for keyword stuffing, so I expect I should be fine.
Still, it would be nice to have an option to also show the footnotes at the end of the article, like other similar plugins do. But if not, I’ll use it anyway.
Never mind the above question. Found the culprit, and it was not the theme. It was the WordPress itself:

Thank you for the reply.
It does make sense. But if you make it optional (to delete all the copies) and put a warning there, wouldn’t be better?
Otherwise, thank you for the link, but at first glance, that plugin only deletes copies of the uploaded image. Or it prevents them being created in the first place. I was hoping Photon could delete all the images from my server, including the original (unresized) image that I uploaded in my article.

In reply to: How much space my blog occupies?Thank you both!
I was hoping that such a basic need would be covered by WordPress itself. I’m a bit reluctant to install so many plugins, because I’ve heard they can sometimes conflict with each other and add bloatware to the database, but I will research more and follow your links.
Thanks again.
