    Hi @shahzeenfarooq!

Thank you and sure, the staging URL= https://oidococinagourmet.com/wpst/ and the store URL= https://oidococinagourmet.com/wpst/tienda/ (the button “finalizar compra” takes you directly to the checkout page)
Twenty Twenty-Five theme is active and all plugins deactivated. COD is activated as well.

    Thanks!

Hi @shahzeenfarooq! Thanks for answering our support query.

I created the test staging and deactivated first the theme and then activated the twenty twenty five theme, also used the cash on delivery. This is the first capture from the test:

As seen in the image, the first and second item have the “extra info”, it even adds a coupon in the second item, that coupon is no longer in use and it didn’t affected the cost of the product which is 9.90.

This is a second test i made with the same exact items and quantities, now also deactivating all the plugins, leaving only woocommerce activated:

In this test the fourth item now has the problem (i think it’s a random problem, not for a specific product) and in the fifth item it appears as two, so it’s adding an extra item, but the price is for one item only.

I also did a test erasing all the info in the tables “wp_woocommerce_order_itemmeta” and “wp_woocommerce_order_item” in the DB, which “solved” the problem, It’s not really a solution, since all the information from the orders placed gets deleted—billing information that is important to keep—so it wouldn’t be ideal to resolve it that way.

I hope this helps and provides more insight into the problem. Thank you again, I look forward to your response.

    Greetings @lovingbro,

Thank you very much for your prompt response and for your attention to our request. As you mentioned, this is indeed a concerning issue and we have not been able to resolve it.

I also believe it may be related to the database, since when the site was in staging we never experienced this problem. It only started after we moved it to production. The database was not replaced, and the changes made since going live have been minimal and limited to design only.

I tested the five points you mentioned, but they do not seem to work—the error is still appearing.

I am sending you a screenshot of an order where you can see the issue with the first item. Additionally, for the third item, “Croquetas de Trufa Negra (Black Truffle Croquettes)” the current price is 9.90, but for some reason it is being split into 3 units of 3.30, which is very strange.

I am also sharing a screenshot of something I found in the system status logs. Every time a purchase is made, that entry appears (it does not show up in staging). At this point, I am not sure what it refers to, but I don’t know if it could be an indication of the issue we are experiencing.

Thank you very much for your support!

Where can i find the debug.log?

I’m referring to a subdirectory (https://w-bgallery.com/en) in the root carpet of the wp site (https://w-bgallery.com/)
