Also, even though not that critical, you can consider two additional warnings by Google PageSpeed Insight.
I see that the latest plugin update was meant to improve these things and big thanks for that.
Also, I understood that it may take some time until the changes on your server’s side take the effect on all the websites using this service, but I still don’t see any change. This is today’s screenshot from the Google Page Speed test.
I am using a decent hosting provider, WP caching plugin, and CDN, but I just can not solve this. And such a performance notably decreases the site ranking at Google.
Otherwise, this is a great plugin.

But since now we can not update this plugin via the admin panel, for us who can not even remember when we manually updated some plugin, can you please provide some guidance on how we do this? I assume we have to overwrite the old files with new ones by FTP. And then…?

Thanks, it will be highly welcome because currently, according to Google PageSpeed Insight, Ecwid is a major contributor to slow loading time.

I will check this more closely, but since I don’t have a lot of such external links, I tried adding manually class=”nofancybox” to them, and for now it looks like it works.

BTW, external PDFs do open in another tab. But fancybox pops up too, and it remains empty. But I’d like it disabled in this case anyhow.

Actually, it looks like I can not even access the page editor from the WP dashboard, if it includes [Rich_Web_Tabs id=”x”] shortcode. In this case I get a similar error message and also this e-mail notification from the website.
“Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Rich-Web Tabs.” (etc)Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Tab - Accordion, FAQ] All my tabs and accordions disappearedI have updated the plugin to 1.2.8, and now I can see the list of my previous tabs and accordions in the dashboard. Apparently, now I can also create new tabs.
However, my old tabs and accordions still actually do not show as they should, because when I go to see and edit the content of the fields, I see them apparently all empty.
Also, the preview (it is the same if I try to normally open the page) shows this notification:
“There has been a critical error on this website.
Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”I appreciate your effort to make things better, but it looks like there is an important incompatibility between the previous and latest versions.

That is not the screen I have now, and you can see my screen when I try to create new tabs. My version is 1.2.6, one day old.
I installed this plugin years ago, and had no major problems using it. And now my main problem is that my 8 tabs that worked for years are lost, and I see no way to bring this content online, certainly not in the Rich Web tabs.
So, am I supposed to create something now, to continue using this plugin free version?
