Also, I am using the WP Gaea theme which also just recently had an update. Any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I am getting ready to launch a big fundraiser and need to capture submissions on multiple forms. Your plugin is great. I just need to be able to edit the forms I create and capture the submissions as stated. Please, please, please help me!
I have the same problem. As soon as I save or publish a form, I can no longer see it or edit the form. It shows up under the ALL FORMS list, but when I click on “edit” the screen is blank. I thought perhaps it was taking a while to load but no such luck.
How long before this is fixed? Did it have anything to do with the latest WordPress upgrade?
