MemberPress developer sent me this’
‘ When you use custom phone field, MemberPress enqueues intlTelInput JS library which handles phone extensions. The problem seems to be related to the fact that Events Manager is using that library too so there is some conflict with two libraries being enqueued on the registration page. They can check this by disabling phone field temporarily. If that works, they would need to contact Events Manager support to see if they can stop enqueueing intlTelInput library which is a part of events-manager.min.js file globally, but mainly on registration pages. I don’t think it’s needed to be enqueued globally on site.’Is this something you can help with?

Thank you very much for your answer! I have changed my language to English, however that didn’t help.
I decided to create individual / customized pages and use those instead of the pre-configured MailPoet pages.
Interestingly, the short codes did display in English when I used them in the customized pages.
But when I afterwards changed back to the MailPoet page they were again in German.
Not sure why.

Thank you so so much!! Both tipps were so helpful! I was finally able to delete the list and also I found the option to select the lists to be presented on the Subscription page.
