Love the plugin. It’s one of the best with Google Calendar integration.
We recently upgraded our PHP to 7.1 as well and so I’m now having this issue too. Just curious, are there plans in the near future to make Simple Calendar compatible with PHP 7.1? If so, is there a projected timeline (weeks – months?)
Ideally, we would like to continue using the plugin without having to downgrade our PHP. Thanks!

I tried checking for spaces but didn’t see anything. I hit backspace anyways at the front of the string and delete at the end. Still nothing.
I also tried activating and deactivating the plugin. Nothing. As a last resort, I generated another API key to see if it’ll work and it did to my surprise.
Not sure why the old API key no longer works. But I’m just glad the plugin works again. This by far is one of the better WordPress plugins I use. Was sad it wasn’t working, but no more.

In reply to: [Easy Google Fonts] Google fonts not showing upSame issue with me. Followed the exact steps I normally do when setting up a site. Only getting standard fonts on the most recent site I’ve set up.
Thought maybe the Google API key has a limit so generated a new one. No difference. Please help.
