Hello all!
When I upgraded my theme recently, my page navigation tabs were duplicated as large page headings on each of the pages.
Despite searching the CSS and PHP and XYZ, I cannot locate the unwanted page titles and have found no way of deleting them.
Can anyone offer a suggestion?
Would be greatly appreciated.

My page navigation tabs (Home, About, Shop) have duplicated as large page titles (around H1 in size) on each page respectively.
I have not been able to delete these unwanted page titles in the CSS or PHP files. They don’t seem to show up in deletable form anywhere.
Can any one assist with some ideas on how to delete them?

I have accidentally deleted my home page by sending it to trash.
I was wanting to delete a picture but it deleted the entire page.
It was the only page on the site.
Now there is only a welcome message on the page and I have no idea if the content can be recovered.
Can someone please help.
