Not sure if they use cpanel, per say, but they have a really crappy/confusing interface. I’ve been using FTP to edit/add/remove/backup files.
Do you have an example of how your htaccess files are set up? I have a feeling that’s were the issue is and I’ve copied and pasted so many things and nothing seems to help.
Yes, I’ve added it on to my 1and1 hosting account and went through the whole spiel of changing the name servers, etc.
I just checked who.is to see what it says and it has all the 1and1 nameservers.
