Each admin users must reference the pages where he want to publish on.
So if your site must publish on a shared facebook page, you must add each author of your blog as admin of your FB pages (in facebook settings)
Then each users will be able to select this page to publish on when they publish posts on your site. (only if they are admin.)

Hi, sorry for late answer.
I answer on the tracker.
It’s because your are using it with your local settings.
Each time you login with Facebook, you must be sure to clean (by a logout) all your datas. Each time you log out, the website clean cookie and session.
If you logout from Facebook, and the logout on WP did not work, the plugin will try to login you and to merge both account.
So when you login with Fb and already connected to your WP account, the plugin will merge them. For the error with empty user name and only logout link:
It’s a know issue and will be fixed in the 1.4.
This happens only when the users is logged in facebook, but not logged in WP.
That mean your site encounter an issue when the user logout. The process of logout is the following:
1. the user press logout button
2. the user is redirected on the Facebook page to logout (FB only)
3. the user is redirected by facebook to WP to logout (WP only)
4. the user is totally logout.you should try this process and verify that everything is working.
