If you have a user name starting with unverified_lddfald, it’s spam from facebook unverified users.
Not from the plugin.
This plugin already contruct a nice user name from facebook profile.

Default Url to like can be blank, it’s only if you add like button manually, so you need to fill this field if you do not specify url in like button.
Error 403, Your site make a redirection. this is not visible by users, but it’s seems he redirect to an other page. and Facebook only scroll the first one.
note that in openGraph tags, you should use url without backslash.

And it’s complicated to get it work, because this plugin implements all the best from facebook for your site.Did you use openGraph in the plugin ?
This plugin do not pretend to connect your account with your facebook page.
And facebook do not said that you can do that.
Simply because if facebook create facebook connect and like button, it’s to push your web page at a same level as your facebook fan page.
For your error 191, There is a section fro that in F.A.Q
You have to go in your app on facebook, and to add domain and url for the connect website.After that you will be able to connect on your site using your facebook account.

You should disable xfbml for the like button. use iframe instead.
To add images, you must delimited them with coma.
“http://url.jpg, http://otherurl.jpg, http://andanother.jpg” etc…In the field URL IMAGE.
You can redefine those settings in each post in editor area in the metabox name opengraph.

This value is used in the fields redirect for login/logout.
You can set %BLOG_URL% and the plugin will redirect you to home url
or other %BLOG_URL%/anotherpage/Please can you submit this bug on the new support page.

Go in opengraph settings, then in tags fill the field Image url.

You must activate OPENGRAPH in the plugin and configure settings correctly.
Without opengraph meta on your page, facebook do not know how to share your content.
Then you must go to the url debugger of facebook to clear cache of your page by submitting url.

The other way is to redefine those tags individually on each editor page.
And after that do not forget to use the debbuger from facebook to submit your url and to clear cache each time you change something in openGraph.

It’s not a WordPress plateform,I saw that is a rss feed that is use to display it.
Sure there is plugin to do that.Can’t search, i do not have time sorry.
