I have exactly the same topic. A global textfield for all products will not show inside the shopping basket or email. If i follow the suggestion switch Ajax, i can not add any products at all anymore.
I did try also switch to standard storefront or wordpress theme, wihtout succes.
I did try to switch off the elementor template, without success.
Like this the addon is not use for me, if the add-on field not get into the order.
Please help to try find out why.
