I have a similar problem to solve.
I would like to create two separate menus which display accordingly to the chosen option (“simple” and “advanced” user) that is on the top.
When user clicks on “simple” icon the menu is shorter, when “advanaced” there are more tabs in the menu.
Is it possible?

But where can I find this #branding section?
there isn’t any in style.css
even if I add this to style.css it doesn’t work…
