Update: It’s been almost a month now and I still haven’t progressed on the problem. I’m completely oblivious as to what it could be. Still am looking for help.
I’ve also made sure the content in the embed code was correct. I’ve deleted it and tried it again. So far, nothing. The same blank square still appears on the right side.

My apologies about the bumping. However, I have updated all of my plugins and that fixed the issue for the categories. Now, The archives (at the bottom of the page) as well as the search bar still won’t be found. I can’t find anything that isn’t up to date. I’ve even updated old themes. Any suggestions?
